Antargaz business continuity plan in times of COVID-19

Dear customer,


In these exceptional circumstances, Antargaz would like to point out to its customers/partners that the measures taken by the management of Antargaz, and based on the recommendations by the Belgian, Luxembourg and Dutch governments, could possibly have an impact on our services. We will always strive for an optimal service for our customers, but the health and wellbeing of our employees, their families, our partners and customers are of the highest priority.


The operational activities concerning gas deliveries will continue, as will urgent technical interventions. Please note that some of those activities can be delayed, especially if our organisation comes to face problems, such as employees who inevitably need to stay at home, new restrictions imposed by the government or force majeure. Furthermore, we urge you to avoid physical contact with our employees during deliveries/interventions and to always keep a safe distance. That is for your own protection and that of our employees.


We have asked our associates who work in the office to work from home as much as possible. That means our offices have minimal staff. Therefore, we ask you to place your orders on the customer portal My Antargaz or via email at as much as possible. Those are also the most suitable means of communication for questions and/or remarks. We also want to avoid visits for commercial reasons by replacing them with forms of communication, which do not require physical contact and thus eliminate the risk of involuntarily transmitting the virus.

Let us remain vigilant and careful, so the situation can quickly normalise once more. In the meantime, we will follow the recommendations of the government and monitor all further developments.
