You have an empty Antargaz gas cylinder and want to exchange it for a full one of the same type.
You can only exchange a gas cylinder if the type of gas cylinder you want to exchange is in stock and as long as there is a free section in the vending machine. If too many gas cylinders have already been returned and all the sections have been filled, you cannot make an exchange until the cylinders already returned have been collected. If the type of gas cylinder you want to exchange is no longer in stock, you cannot exchange it until the stock has been replenished.
Return your empty gas cylinder to the vending machine and you will receive a full one in its place. You thereby only pay for the contents of the cylinder, i.e. the gas. The deposit receipt from your previous purchase remains valid.
Proof/confirmation of your transaction
We cannot issue an invoice for the purchased gas cylinder. However, a digital ticket that serves as proof of purchase will be sent to you by e-mail after purchase. If you do not provide an e-mail address, the digital ticket cannot be sent to you automatically.
If you did not enter an e-mail address at the time of purchase and therefore did not receive a digital ticket Send the required information to packed.be@antargaz.com so that we can find the digital ticket and send it to you.
