How do I create an account on MyAntargaz?

Registering for MyAntargaz is very simple.

  1. Enter your customer number and email address and click on "Send".
  2. Enter your postal code and click on "Send" again.
  3. Activate your account:
    • Log in with the temporary password (valid for 24 hours) that you received in your confirmation e-mail.
    • Create a new password.

 

Commonly encountered problems

Your customer number is incorrect

The customer number is always top left on your invoice and consists of 9 digits. For example, the tank number is not the same as the customer number and will not work when registering/logging in.

Your postcode is not in the correct format

The postcode you must enter in step 2 must have the following format: 1831.

In other words, you must enter the four digits without spaces before, after or between the digits.

Your temporary password has expired

If you are too late to activate your account, select 'Forgotten your password?’. You will then be sent a new temporary password (again valid for 24 hours) by e-mail. Log in with that new temporary password and change your password in your settings. You can then log in at any time with the password you have chosen.
