How will my complaint be processed?

Your complaint will be dealt with by the assigned representative of our natural gas customer service department, who will respond to you within 5 working days (or 10 working days in the event that you are disputing a bill). We recommend that you describe your complaint in as much detail as possible, to facilitate the investigation.
